We realize that you may have some additional questions about the services and products that we offer. In an effort to alleviate some of your purchasing anxieties, we have taken the time to answer frequently asked questions.

What is your pricing?

    We have select packages that we have pre-designed for clients, but please note, the package is a starter price and may differ from your total balance. Prices are based on locations, persons involved, product/services needs, etc. Schedule your consultation to discuss your vision and needs and we will provide investment options that are right for you.

What’s your style of editing and is there an additional fee?

    Standard enhancements (lighting, color correction, cropping, skin retouching, etc.) are built into pricing and we do not under any circumstances release RAW files. We value preserving your essence and as a result, we do not offer Photoshopped body modifcations. If client elects non-standard editing, additional fees will apply per edit.

Can I purchase the entire gallery?

    Of course! Clients have the option to purchase digital collections and other products a la carte. If client chooses to purchase a complete digital collection, please note this does not mean every single picture taken. We take pride in our work and will curate the images that are properly composed, etc. Typically complete digital collections include a minimum of 75 photos.

Where are you located?

    We are based in Charlotte, NC, but we love to catch flights and take road trips! Travel is billed fairly simple. If a flight is required: airfare, destination transportation (rental car or rideshare expenses). If driving is required: mileage (U.S. current rate: 54.4¢) plus any additional fees (parking, tolls, etc.) If stay is required or necessary, lodging fees (3 star or above hotel is required) are applicable.

Do you also offer videography?

    Yes, we offer cinematography in addition to promotional/educational videos for businesses.

Are images watermarked?

    No, all final images are high-resolution with no watermark. We do, however, provide watermarked images recommended for social media posting.

Can we choose edits from proofs?

    Absolutely! Upon request, proofing galleries are typically available online within 72 hours.

What is the turnaround time?

    Standard portrait sessions, events, etc. are delivered within 14 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for weddings (sneak peeks will be released within 48 hours). Our wall art, heirloom albums, and keepsake items are produced in a professional lab and may take up to 4-6 weeks to be designed and delivered.

How are payments handled?

    Payments are invoiced and paid online or in cash. For standard services $800+, we offer installment plans that must be paid in full before time of service. This does not include curation services. For services below $200, the full amount is due at booking.

How are the products deliverd?

    Portraits, small events, etc are delivered via private online gallery. Weddings are typically delivered via USB, unless otherwise stated. All wall art, heirloom albums, and keepsake items can be picked up or shipped.
